How Personal, Pro, and Generational plans work for single family offices—and how to subscribe from Settings.

Billing & plans

FamilyOFX publishes three plans for single family offices. Prices are flat per organisation (not per seat). Limits for investment lines, members, AI credits, and storage still apply inside each plan.

Personal, Pro, and Generational

Subscribe or change plan

  1. Sign in to the FamilyOFX dashboard.
  2. Open Settings → Billing.
  3. Choose monthly or yearly billing.
  4. Select Subscribe or Change on Pro or Generational.
  5. Complete Stripe Checkout.

Upgrades apply as soon as payment succeeds. Downgrades to Personal are scheduled for the end of the current billing period—you keep paid limits until then.

Manage invoices and cancel

Use Manage billing on the billing page to open the Stripe customer portal. There you can:

  • Update the payment method
  • Download invoices
  • Cancel (returns to Personal at period end)

Multi-family offices and fund houses

Parent offices (MFO and fund houses) are not on the published SFO price list. See Parent offices (MFO & funds).
