Standard and custom reports with widgets in FamilyOFX.

Reports

Reports (/reports) lists report templates and saved reports for your organisation.

Standard vs custom

  • Standard reports — built-in templates (re-importable from the reports list when you need the latest version)
  • Custom reports — copies or new reports you edit and save

Open a report to view widgets (tables, charts, KPIs). Use Edit to change layout and widgets, Print for PDF-friendly output.

Widgets

In Edit mode add widgets from the library or ask AI Agents to create_report_widget / add_widget_to_report when building from chat.

Widgets pull live portfolio data — refresh the report after large imports.

Parent organisations

Multi-family offices and fund houses see Report templates on the parent org. Templates can be shared to client/fund workspaces. Clients consume templates; parents manage branding separately — see Parent offices.

Cache

Debug mode may expose Clear cache and Re-import standard reports — re-import resets modifications to built-in standard reports only.

Tax forecasting

Early tax liability estimates from holdings and planned events in FamilyOFX.
