Transaction types (common)

Buy / Sell	Trade in a listed or private line
Dividend / Distribution	Income or return of capital
Capital Call	PE commitment draw
Point in Time Valuation	Statement or appraisal NAV update
Interest	Coupons and deposit interest received
Fees	Expenses and interest paid on debt

Values are positive; direction comes from the type.
