Costs (/costs) tracks recurring and one-off office expenses: advisory fees, insurance, staff, property running costs, and similar.

Creating costs

• In chat: “add a €12,000 annual advisory cost for Entity X”
• In the app: open Costs and add a row with amount, currency, frequency, and linked entity

Costs respect your org default currency when not specified.

Portfolio Fees on holdings belong on the position transaction history. Costs are for office-level or cross-portfolio expenses not tied to a single buy/sell event.
