Calendar

Calendar (/calendar) manages events — IC dates, capital call deadlines, travel, and reminders.

Notetaker

Open a calendar’s … menu and choose Turn on notetaker (the same menu as Rename).

• Shared calendars — Meet, Zoom, and Teams meetings on that calendar are joined as they start. The recording appears in Inbox → Recorded. The organisation’s default calendar has the notetaker on already.
• Personal calendars — the same menu item is available. Turning it on warns that those recordings are visible to everyone in the organisation.
• Events without a video link are skipped. The same link is joined once, even if it is on two calendars.

Events

• Create events with title, start/end (DD/MM/YYYY), and notes
• Ask chat to create_calendar_event or update_calendar_event from natural language
• Search events with chat when planning around existing commitments

Parent org calendars may aggregate child events where configured.
