Branding and report templates

Parent orgs customise how clients see FamilyOFX and which reports are available.

Branding

Settings → Branding (/settings/parent/branding):

• Upload logos and set accent colours
• Applies to client-facing report and portal surfaces where supported

Report templates

On the parent org, Report templates (/reports):

1. Maintain standard and custom templates
2. Share templates to client orgs (visibility flags on each report)
3. Clients consume templates; they edit their own copies unless locked

Re-importing standard templates on the parent resets built-in reports — warn clients before bulk re-import. See Reports.

Client limits

New child orgs inherit Personal or Pro limits based on parent subscription status — see Parent offices (billing).
