Inbox

Inbox (/inbox) shows message threads — inbound email, shared inbox uploads, system notifications, and links to agent conversations.

Shared inbox

Each org has a shared inbox address (see inbox settings). Forward statements, invoices, and travel PDFs to that address to create threads automatically.

Parent organisations may aggregate child org inboxes — switch into the child workspace to act on its data.

Working with threads

• Open a thread to read messages and attachments
• Archive when done
• Start or continue AI Agents chat from deal or document context where linked

vs AI Agents

Inbox is for inbound comms and triage. AI Agents is for interactive chat — many imports happen faster by attaching files directly in Agents.
